Filey offers a wide sandy beach which is particularly popular with water sports enthusiasts, as well as those who just want to relax and enjoy sunbathing, paddling, and seaside walks. The beach is lined with a historical promenade with a Seafront Sculpture Trail and beach chalets. Close by and to the north, Filey Brigg (1.5 miles) has some amazing rock pools to explore and also marks the end/start of the Cleveland Way Walk. For those who fancy learning a new skill, neighbouring Cayton Bay (4 miles) is home to a well-established surf school where visitors can sign up for a surfing lesson and hire equipment. Or for a change of scene, the North York Moors National Park (24 miles) is a fantastic place to enjoy scenic country walks, explore a number of pretty towns and villages, or perhaps test your mettle at the Go Ape high ropes centre in Dalby Forest (23.5 miles).

The interior of this three-storey home is bright and modern with tasteful decor and comfortable furnishings throughout. Enter the hallway and hang your coats then pop into the open-plan lounge/diner. Cosy up together on the corner sofa in the lounge area and enjoy a programme on the large Smart TV or relax with a chilled glass of wine from the wine fridge and make plans for the next day.
