Set along the seafront, the property is ideally placed for exploring the traditional Victorian fishing village of Filey. The golden sands of the beach sweep for miles along the bay, with plenty of friendly pubs and great restaurants dotted throughout the town. Stepping into this impressive property, the ground floor features the first of two inviting lounges. This charming room has a large bay window with sea views, along with an electric fire, plenty of seating, a writing desk and a Smart TV. There’s also a selection of books and games, as well as a collection of admiralty charts to browse. The formal dining room has a gallery of watercolour paintings by a local artist, and a sociable dining table provides an ideal space for everyone to get together to share a celebratory meal. The kitchen has a wide range of equipment so you can create all your favourite dishes. Heading up to the first floor you will find the spacious and welcoming second lounge with a Smart TV, plenty of seating and a collection of antique hand-designed model sailing cobles. Sliding doors lead out onto a balcony overlooking the bay. The first floor also has a stylish family bathroom and a sweet king-size room. Two further bedrooms are on the second floor: a twin room and a lovely king-size room which has a handy en-suite shower room.

Heading outside, external steps lead up to the large and private back garden which has outdoor furniture and views towards the sea, making this an ideal spot for a coffee in the morning as you get ready for the day, or for a spot of al fresco dining as you unwind in the evening.

The view from this property was lovely and sitting on the balcony on a sunny day was a treat. It was very well equipped, comfortable and clean. Highly recommended.
