The Yorkshire Dales is most definitely one of Yorkshire’s most special places. A place of rich cultural heritage, the park is home to a wide range of outstanding scenery and many different habitats. From sweeping meadows to limestone pavements, the Dales’ landscape is diverse and beautiful, and it’s not surprising that it’s played a big part in various TV and film programmes, not to mention its starring role in the Tour de France this July.
