There is plenty more going on for everyone during the festival, with good food, children’s entertainment and award-winning local ale on tap throughout the weekend.

And to celebrate the Tour de France’s imminent arrival in Yorkshire there will be a fun ‘Le Mini Depart’ running alongside the festival.  Expect clowns on bikes, toddler races and lots of French cuisine to try.  Parfait!

With its winning mix of music, food, culture and sense of grandeur it’s a truly unique Yorkshire event and one you should experience at least once.  You can book to go for just one day, one evening or indeed opt for camping there the whole weekend.  A splendid way to spend a summer weekend in Yorkshire…
