Step inside this lovely cottage, built in the 1800s and retaining much of its original character, guests will find stone floors, beamed ceilings and fireplaces. Make your way into the cosy lounge with a wood-burning stove at its heart. Relax back on the sofa, warmed by the heat of the flames, and cuddle up to watch a film on the TV or listen to some music. When it's time to eat, venture into the kitchen and rustle up a hearty meal; the kitchen is well-equipped to make your stay extremely comfortable. Dine around the country-style table planning your next day out. At the end of the day, make your way up the stairs to discover two lovely bedrooms, a king-size with glorious countryside views to the front and a twin room with Feather and Black beds at the back offering views over the garden and along the valley. In the morning, kick-start your day with a refreshing shower or a long soak in the bath before embarking on your next adventure.
From the kitchen, step outside to the well-kept garden, where you can take your morning coffee while listening to the local birdsong.
