There's also a handy downstairs shower room and WC off the entrance hall.
All of the bedrooms in the house are upstairs. The spacious master bedroom sits to the front and features a king-size bed and views towards the village. This room also boasts a generous en-suite shower room. The second bedroom is another spacious double room, this time with glorious views out across the garden, paddock and countryside beyond. The third room is a charming twin with two full-size beds, and finally, you'll find the fourth bedroom at the rear of the house; a sweet room with a trundle bed which can be set up to sleep two adults very comfortably. The bathroom is also up here, another large room complete with a bath and shower overhead.
One of the loveliest things about the property is its beautiful mature garden. In addition to a sheltered patio with plenty of garden furniture, you'll also discover a lawned garden with a further mini-terrace at the rear of the garden. This spot is just perfect for that afternoon tipple with its gorgeous views of the paddock and rolling green Yorkshire scenery beyond. A Weber BBQ is available for those balmy summer evenings too and the children will love the back garden.
The owners 3 acres of paddock and fields to the rear are available for guests to use, perfect if you need the kids to blow off a bit of steam. You may even have a visit from the owner's friendly horses coming to say hello over the fence!
