This fantastic studio accommodation is set in the heart of Skipton, just 2.5 miles from the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. With a stylish cafe-bar next door, two supermarkets, two pubs and the train station within 325 metres of the property, you’ve got everything you need within easy walking distance for a perfect little holiday for two. The apartment is bursting with contemporary character and is filled with quirky touches that make it feel like a welcoming home-from-home.

As soon as you walk into the property you’re greeted with a bright and airy space with stylish design features, including painted wooden beams that draw your attention immediately. Although its studio style means everything is laid out in one room, each section has been thoughtfully created with its own individual feel. Peaceful yellow and green tones paired with the stunning wood floor in the sitting area make it a relaxing place to snuggle up on the Scandi-style sofa after a long day of exploration; catch up with your favourite show on the Smart TV or read a book as you sip a glass of wine that you can place on the trendy side table.

When it’s time for dinner, the kitchenette has everything you need; cook up a treat in the combination oven that sits above a cool worktop before moving over to the industrial-style breakfast bar that’s ideal for two.

The king-size bed at the back of the property gives a truly sumptuous hotel suite feel with soft bedding and gorgeous bathrobes provided for you. Enjoy a lie-in watching TV from the bed or simply admire the unusual artwork that features on the walls.

A compact yet beautifully designed shower room makes showering an invigorating indulgence whatever the time of day; get steamy among sleek fixtures and fittings and opulent tiles before slipping into your bathrobe to start the day slowly without a care in the world.

There’s no outside space with the studio, but if you’ve brought your four-legged friend with you, dogs are welcome inside and within the grounds of Skipton Castle just half a mile away while Aireville Park is a little further at just under 1 mile away.

There are plenty of independent shops, cafes and restaurants to keep you busy in Skipton, and the Craven Museum and Gallery (485 metres) offers free entry and is well worth a visit. Hire a luxury day boat and explore the 17 miles of lock-free canal with Skipton Boat Trips (160 metres), or stay on land and head to the Embsay and Bolton Abbey Steam Railway (5.5 miles) to travel through picturesque Yorkshire Dales Scenery.

Another well-loved and bustling market town that’s worth visiting in the area is Settle (15.5 miles). It’s home to lots of lovely cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops. There's also a thriving market held in the town every Tuesday, the perfect place to pick up everything from flowers to dinner that night. If real ale is your thing, there are three fantastic real ale pubs set around the market place, so you can choose which one to try each evening!

Just outside of town you can hop on the Settle to Carlisle railway, one of the most scenic routes in the UK which will take you over the well-known Ribblehead Viaduct (32 miles). Beyond Settle you have the exquisite delights of the Yorkshire Dales. And as you would expect, the surrounding countryside here is simply magnificent, perfect if you want to strike out from the cottage in your walking boots or on your bicycle. Other nearby attractions include the Kilnsey Trout Farm and horse-riding at Coniston, Malham (11.5 miles).

It's a true walker's paradise here but if you're more of a roamer than a rambler, try a stroll around the grounds of nearby Bolton Abbey (7 miles). These gorgeous ruins provide the backdrop to a particularly beautiful part of the Dales and are well worth a visit. There are a host of other attractions all within easy reach including Malham Cove and Malham Tarn (both 12 miles).

Cottage very small no cooking hob counter space small no wardrobe only three hooks and two draws for cloths and you need to be thin to use shower as cubicle is small but location excellent and cottage very clean

ideal location for Skipton town centre, with a very convenient parking spot provided. Nice compact studio with everything you need for a stay. A lovely welcome pack very much appreciated , towels and dressing gowns provided. We had a lovely weeks holiday, a real gem of a place.

The accommodation was clean and lovely the only thing that spoilt was my husband is waiting for a new hip and unfortunately he had a fall while we were in skipton and banged his head but this was nothing to do with where we stayed

We needed a short break away from everything but we booked everything so last minute. We stumbled upon this little gem and it was lovely! Plenty of supermarkets nearby and a bus station so we could go further afield but also near all the lovely little streets and tourist destinations such as Skipton Castle. What a little gem of a place. The location of the studio is brilliant. Everything you need is provided. Cooking facilities are minimum but who plans to cook when you're away anyway. Coopers Studio was a lovely place only real criticism was the bathroom was very small and if you were a large person you wouldnt manage. Also the light in bathroom was automatic and didnt stay on long enough when you showered so you were left in the dark. Came to coppers cottage on 8th September 23. Very Disappointed Very small no were to put anything, hanging space was one peg about 5ins long and three drawers. Table was a bit high with two home made metal stools witch were very uncomfortable, bathroom shower small plus the worst was the people staying above us was very noisy they were banging aboRead moreut at 6.30AM ever morning one morning it was 5.00am . This is a lovely cosy studio. Well layed out and all the essentials available to hand. The parking space is a brilliant part of this studios attraction as there are no worries parking up and forgetting about the car. We would definitely book again in the future. Thank you, it was lovely!

Great studio , it is small but at the end of the day its a great base for exploring Skipton and surrounding places of interest. Roz the owner is a diamond and made me and the missus totally welcome. Will be going back and would recommend coppers studio

It is an extremely comfortable and well equipped studio. I found the location excellent as near to station, shops and town centre. It was nice and quiet as well as warm. I felt very safe staying there on my own and would certainly stay there again. The welcome milk and homemade flapjacks were a great touch as was the prosecco. Although Coopers Studio is small and compact it is decorated to a lovely standard and has everything needed you will need. It is within walking distance to all of the amenities Skipton has to offer. Would definitely stay again.
