An exceptionally converted apartment that beautifully blends original features with a contemporary touch, the ideal base for couples and walkers to explore this wonderful part of Yorkshire.

Forming part of an old textile mill, this luxurious apartment boasts state-of-the-art accommodation, a sought-after location and stunning rural views. Perched in the quintessential Yorkshire village of Cononley, you are just 1 mile from two friendly pubs and a shop - perfect for stocking up on supplies or enjoying a hearty and warming meal after a long walk. With its unbeatable location, spend your days exploring the stunning landscape by rail along the Settle to Carlisle line, hiking the magical heather-clad Yorkshire Dales or cycling along the Leeds and Liverpool Canal before returning to this stylish retreat.

Sleeping four, this second-floor apartment is a great choice for both couples and families. A lift brings you up to the entrance, which opens into a welcoming hallway - a great space for leaving wet boots and coats after walks. Continue through into the stunning open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Elegantly finished in calming neutral tones with tasteful splashes of colour, the furnishings are contemporary and chic, blending perfectly with this building’s industrial heritage. Setting the scene for culinary masterpieces, the kitchen area is modern, with sleek units, state-of-the-art appliances, an abundance of crockery and equipment and a choice of recipe books should you need any inspiration. Once prepared, dine at the stylish table while admiring the rural views through the glass doors beyond. Here, you will also find a thoughtful welcome pack upon arrival. After meals, sink into the sumptuous sofa and settle in for a cosy evening of TV, films or games with family or friends. Moving onto the bedrooms, one luxurious king-size bedroom is a sanctuary to return to at the end of a busy day, with its own beautiful en-suite shower room and carefully selected soft furnishings. The second bedroom is equally as inviting, with a double bed, delightful window seat and door opening onto the balcony. Completing this fabulous accommodation is a serene and spa-like bathroom - the perfect place to relax, unwind and soothe tired muscles after a long walk. There is also a shower over the bath should you prefer, together with plenty of space for storing your belongings.

With breathtaking views over the surrounding countryside, the private balcony is a wonderful space for relaxing with a cup of coffee in the mornings or that all-important glass of wine in the evenings. It also makes an excellent vantage point from which to spot neighbouring rabbits, deer and sheep. If arriving by car, the designated secure undercover parking space with remote-operated glass will ensure it is kept safe and dry, ready for your next adventure.

Heading north, the historic town of Skipton (4.5 miles) offers a host of other attractions including its very own castle. There are lots of options to eat here as well as independent shops making it a great place for a full day out. Skipton is also known as the gateway to the Dales, with its breathtaking scenery, historic castles, spectacular limestone valleys and peaceful atmosphere. While the South Dales are less remote, the Northern Dales boast wild heather moorland, dry stone walls and valleys full of hay meadows.
