This immaculate three-bedroom apartment in a peaceful location is just a 1-mile walk from the centre of Harrogate and all the amenities it has to offer. This wonderful property sleeps up to five people and is the ideal choice for couples or a group of friends looking for a cosmopolitan luxury break.

The superb location of this property means you could take a stroll along a footpath across from the property to the wonderful Valley Gardens (0.5 miles); 17 acres of English Heritage Grade II-listed parkland, themed gardens, floral displays, and historic buildings.

Two flights of external stairs lead you up to the front door of this spectacular duplex apartment. Step inside and find a bright and welcoming entrance hall with ample space for coats and muddy boots, as well as a desk if you need some computer time. The lounge is an impressive space in which you can imagine enjoying yourself socialising with friends. You will find comfortable, plush sofas in front of an eye-catching wood burner, so you can cosy up after a day out exploring and watch a movie on the Smart TV or enjoy a board game together.

The dining area features a glass-top dinging table situated in the corner of the room underneath a large window that floods the room with light, the ideal place to enjoy a coffee and a spot of breakfast in the morning or an evening meal to catch up on the day’s adventures. The contemporary kitchen is spacious and sleek, with everything you could possibly need for cooking up delicious meals.

The property boasts three good-sized bedrooms, all of which are light and airy. The grand Victorian spa town of Harrogate is regularly listed as the best place to live in the UK. The truly gorgeous Yorkshire town combines traditional elegance with contemporary style effortlessly. And the Duchy suburb is well known as being one of the most desirable postcodes in town.

Best known for its antiques and fine art, Harrogate has antique dealers and galleries around every corner, particularly around the Montpellier Quarter. If buying old paintings and furniture isn't your bag, there are a host of other reasons to part with your cash in Harrogate. High fashion outlets nestle alongside lavish interior boutiques, punctuated with enough fine restaurants and cafes to keep you fuelled for weeks.

A visit to Bettys Tearooms is a must and, if you have time, we highly recommend a session at the famous Turkish Baths. Rejuvenate spirit and soul after a day on the town. Harrogate is famous for its outdoor space with lots of parkland and greenery everywhere. The RHS gardens at Harlow Carr are also a fantastic option for a day out, although you will not be able to take your four-legged friend into the grounds.

Harrogate is also very close to the Yorkshire Dales and North York Moors, so it makes the perfect base from which to explore the glorious Yorkshire landscape and its many stunning natural sights. The breathtaking Nidderdale is 10 miles north-west, and you will be driving through some of the most dramatic Dales scenery. We highly recommend a day trip to gorgeous Ilkley (18 miles) combined with a visit to Bolton Abbey, 17 miles away.

York is within easy reach (21 miles) and a day trip to this beautiful medieval city is well worth it.

Lovely apartment- very warm and cosy. We enjoyed our stay very much. Outside stairs might be a problem with older/disabled people or children but wasn't a problem for us. Shops and restaurants nearby. 20 minutes or so walk into Harrogate Town centre. Parking outside no problem. I can recommend.

Great once inside but all the steps up too much - good job my 86 and 89 year old parents are for - more emphasis on those steps is needed in write up - should be in bold

Good. Recommended especially for the excellent location, allowing us to walk to RHS Harlow Carr (30% off with walk leaflet) and into Harrogate via Valley Gardens, whilst also offering unrestricted parking. You walk through a pleasant front garden to access the stairs. The kitchen is well supplied, but no welcome pack at all. A lovely property. Stayed as 2 friends so having two large bedrooms with own bathroom was perfect for us. The kitchen is well equipped and clean. Comfortable beds with nice linen. The surrounding area is lovely and a short walk down the road brought us to nice eateries (especially Tilly Peppers). A 10-15 easy walk into the main town. Fantastic top floor flat, super location with parking and quite. Clean, well maintained, nice spacious and light. Was given very clear instructions and lovley owner. Walkable to all areas of Harrogate and great park opposite for the dog or just a nice place to be. Would stay again and would recommend. Thank you

A lovely cosy, comfortable and spacious apartment. In a great location - opposite valley gardens. Quiet and peaceful. A very good apartment for friends/couples visiting Harrogate. On the third floor so not ideal for families or the elderly.
