Tucked away down a private lane on the owner’s farm, this stunning former hay barn has been wonderfully converted to provide a luxurious home-from-home. Situated amongst 18-acres of beautiful countryside, enjoy mornings by the river with a picnic and a lazy afternoon’s fishing. Ideally situated for keen walkers, Ingleborough, one of the Yorkshire Three Peaks, can by accessed via a footpath from the front door, with stunning scenery to be enjoyed along the way. The popular village of Ingleton can be reached in under 3 miles where you will find a variety of shops and cafes to explore. Ingleton is surrounded by magnificent limestone countryside with deep caves, spectacular waterfalls and important geological and archaeological sites. Some of the most popular attractions include Ingleton Waterfalls Trail (3 miles) and White Scar Cave (4.5 miles). Nestled on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, the location is an absolute paradise for outdoor enthusiasts and both the Lake District and Forest of Bowland can be reached within 17 miles.

You won’t forget your first glimpse of this enchanting barn conversion and its stunning surrounds as you follow the private lane down to the gravel drive. It offers style and charm to rival almost any property, with exposed stone and original beams and the most incredible backdrop of Ingleborough. With so much space and versatile rooms, this is the ideal place for family reunions and celebrations. The beautiful open-plan living space is perfect for both relaxation and entertaining, with a large lounge area that flaunts a cosy wood burner along with plenty of home comforts, sofas and armchairs. Enjoy lavish dinners and hearty breakfasts at the large table that sits on one side of the room and prepare family feasts in the country-style kitchen that offers everything you need for a quick breakfast, three-course dinner or a picnic for your adventures. Arrive back from a scenic walk and leave your boots in the handy utility room, with plenty of hooks for wet coats and towels for muddy paws. Off the main living space is the first sumptuous super-king bedroom, with floor-to-ceiling windows looking over the garden and an en-suite wet room. Three steps lead down to the snooker room, a real added luxury and the ideal space for a family games night. Here you will also find another super-king bedroom and a shower room with WC. Both of these ground-floor bedrooms can also be made into twin bedrooms on request. Climb the stairs to the first floor and on to the galleried landing, where you will find the final three super-king bedrooms, one of which is en-suite, all with wonderful views over the surrounding landscape and Ingleborough beyond. Completing the interior of this magnificent home is a family bathroom with whirlpool bath.

Outdoors, you are spoilt for a choice with endless delightful spots in the 18-acres of land surrounding the property. A patio lies at the back of the house with plenty of seating and a BBQ for dining al-fresco.
