This impressive five-bedroom townhouse welcomes you with a spacious and inviting layout. Stepping through, a generous hallway stretches out before you, setting the tone for the property's space. On your immediate left, the first door leads into a charming reception room where you'll discover a modern setting, furnished with three comfortable sofas, an electric fire and a Smart TV. The next door on your left opens into the dining room which has a dining table, plenty of chairs, along with a sofa and a second electric fire, making it a perfect spot for enjoying family meals. That leads us into the well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials, featuring a breakfast drop leaf table for casual dining. For added convenience, the kitchen is equipped with a washing machine and a dishwasher. Just off the kitchen is a separate WC. Upstairs, over two floors, there are three generously proportioned double bedrooms, one versatile twin zip-and-link bedroom (2ft singles), and lastly, a single bedroom suitable for a range of guests. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms, each thoughtfully equipped with convenient walk-in showers. There's a family bathroom with a WC and a shower over the bath and next door is a separate WC. Adding a dash of entertainment to your stay, the property houses a games room, featuring a pool table for friendly competitions, an Xbox 1 console for gaming enthusiasts, a mini table tennis setup, and a selection of board games, jigsaws and a few activities for younger guests to enjoy.
Outside, there is a courtyard space, which has been layered in artificial grass to give you a space to unwind and relax after a day of adventure. On-street parking - please note that there is permit parking between 9am & 5pm Monday to Saturday & 12noon and 5pm Sunday, with a 3 hour limit. The nearest long stay carpark Victoria carpark is free from 1st November until 1st March (local charges apply the remainder of the year)
