Stayed in the Byre at Townend Farm from 13th to 20th July. Lovely, comfortable, clean and very spacious for 2 couples and all on one level once down the stone steps. Kitchen well equipped with everything that we needed and nice welcome pack including milk and a bottle of wine etc., Farm/gift shop and tea room next door with a good choice of food, iRead mores lovely and allows dogs. Very peaceful area to stay, plenty of walks and places to visit further afield if you also want a day out in car. Hide

Had a lovely week at the cottage which was roomy and comfortable. The farm shop and cafe were great. There is a lovely walk from the cottages along the Pennine way to Malham (only a couple of miles). We got out and about - Malham Cove and Gordale scar, Bolton Abbey, Skipton Woods and Skipton itself, Grassington river walk, etc..

A very nice spacious cottage in a lovely area, although close to the lane, noise was not an issue and very quiet at night. We will definitely be back.
