Filey Beach is half a mile from the property and is a wonderful sandy coastline with a promenade and strong fishing heritage.
The ground floor comprises a hallway with a coat hook that leads through to the kitchen/diner. There you have a classic dresser cabinet, a table that seats four, a large storage cupboard and a modern kitchen area that’s fully equipped. The light-filled conservatory is a comfortable area to relax with views of the garden. It has cane furniture including a table and chairs that seats four, a two-seater sofa, two armchairs and a coffee table. Just off the conservatory is a convenient downstairs cloakroom with a WC. Last but not least is the final room downstairs, the spacious living room. It features stylish oak panels, a wood burner-effect gas fire, plus plenty of seating. Here you can relax in front of the Smart TV and feel right at home. Upstairs, there are two good-sized bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes and a dressing table in front of the window with a mirror. The second bedroom has twin beds, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The bathroom has a shower over the bath and WC.
The grassy garden surrounds the property with hedges and there’s a patio area with two sets of tables and chairs – one that seats two and the other, four. Enjoy balmy evenings during the summer months with some outdoor dining.
