This stone-built cottage has been beautifully renovated with incredible attention to detail for guests’ enjoyment. Extra touches, like the outdoor kitchen, hot tub, and den, make this a fantastic base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales. The property is in the village of Kirkby Malzeard amid beautiful rolling countryside between Wensleydale and Nidderdale, with Ripon 6.5 miles away. For a fun day out, Lightwater Valley Family Adventure Park is not far (4.5 miles). Children will also love Studfold Adventure Trail at Lofthouse (9.5 miles away). The property is surrounded by the gorgeous scenery of Nidderdale AONB and the Yorkshire Dales where guests can enjoy a plethora of stunning walks and pretty villages.

The attention to detail in this property is simply lovely and the end result is a very stylish home from home. The living room combines quirky design and stunning furniture with original features including beams, an original stone mantel and stone floors, making this the ideal spot for curling up in front of the wood burner. The kitchen is no less gorgeous with bespoke hand-crafted units and excellent quality integrated appliances making cooking in this property a pleasurable experience. Down 9 stone steps from the kitchen, you'll find a handy utility room. Upstairs there are two luxurious bedrooms - a king-size bedroom and a bunk bedroom, both with TVs, as well as a bathroom. Ten wooden steps then lead up to a den above the children’s bedroom, with two more single beds and a further TV, perfect for adult-free chilling.

Outside is equally stunning and offers more wonderful space in which to relax. You can prepare a meal in the fabulous outdoor kitchen, enjoy a drink at the bistro set while the BBQ sizzles, or simply relax in the sunken hot tub – all in the enchanted garden complete with fairy lights, mirrors and a sensory walkway.

The property is lovely, cosy and comfortable. It is well equipped with crockery, cutlery etc and the main bed is so comfortable. The kids loved the upstairs floor, loads of hot water on demand, washer and dryer a great bonus for muddy clothes and the log fire is really great. Would recommend

We had a wonderful stay, the cottage is beautifully decorated with attention to detail. Lovely touch receiving a bottle of prosecco as a welcome gift. Enjoyed our visit and would 100% book again in the future.

We stayed at Park View over May half term with our two young girls (aged 5 and 7) - What a fantastic property! We were lucky enough to enjoy good weather and the outside kitchen and hot tub which, are amazing and we put to good use! The den for the girls was a added bonus! Thanks to Alex for being a great host, we would highly recommend Park View aRead morend hope to visit again soon. Hide

I recently stayed here for 6 nights and it is a relaxing place to have a holiday. The hosts have furnished to an excellent standard. They were also incredible helpful from the start of my stay with a welcome hamper, right to the end with the smoothest check out I've ever had. I would definitely recommend this place to others
