We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Angel Cottage. Everything we could need was provided. Comfortable bed and lovely shower. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Having storage for our bikes was a great bonus. Would recommend to anyone and not hesitate to return.

This is a beautifully equipped and comfortable cottage well placed in the market town to wander from your doorstep here and there. There is also a parking place for the cottage which is great. Lovely comfy beds and shower is marvellous. The conservatory is great to sit in when it's raining (and I'm sure it will be on a summer evening too). StairsRead more are a little steep as is the norm in old cottages just in case anyone has stairs phobia. Hide

Angel Cottage is perfectly situated for easy access to the North York Moors and the east coast seaside towns. The house is deceptively spacious and lovely and warm with a well maintained kitchen, Wi-Fi, comfy beds, excellent shower, and the added bonus of off road parking. We highly recommend this property. This cottage is perfectly situated between York and the coast with no shortage of places to visit nearby. The cottage was very comfortable and larger than we expected with a very pleasant conservatory which was perfect for a pre dinner glass of wine. It is just a minute's walk to all the town's shops and eateries.

Lovely cosy property. Very quiet despite being in the centre of town. Parking was a bit tight unless you have a small car but otherwise everything was perfect. Host very friendly too.
