As part of a larger, new build apartment block finished in 2021, this apartment’s central Whitby location is the ideal spot for a romantic getaway. Whitby’s numerous bars and restaurants are within half a mile in addition to its historic sites like Whitby Abbey. The beach is less than half a mile away too, and Yorkshire’s beautiful countryside is easily accessible by car.

The apartment has a private entrance on the ground floor. Through the door, the hallway leads to stairs up to the second floor which is where the entrance to the apartment’s hallway is. There are hooks for coats here and stairs up to the rest of the apartment. There are two lounges, the first of which is accessed from the wooden stairs and has bespoke wrought-iron balustrades with a Velux window to a push-out balcony. It is the perfect place to relax and admire the glorious views on the two-seater bed settee. To access the bedroom, guests go through a glass door from where the room’s walls are also glass so that the entire space remains flooded with light. It has a double bed and three more Velux windows. From the viewing lounge, guests go down a few steps to the spacious living area with a small kitchen that is part of the wider open-plan lounge and diner. The apartment’s bathroom is also on this floor and has its own WC.

Excellent attic apartment with great views from all windows. The location is really good, with easy access to the Centre of Whitby. Be aware that as this is an attic apartment the layout is rather quirky, and you may need to mind your head on the ceiling! I had a great time in Whitby and the surrounding area, and this apartment was just what I was Read morelooking for. Hide

We had a lovely time, very centrally located for boat trips, restaurants and bars. Lovely views from all rooms throughout!
