We had some issues and we contacted the owner. It was with regard towards a dirty unit and the cool box in the fridge. It hadnt been defrosted for a long time. I took some photographs and set them to the owner.

Lovely little cottage tucked under the castle. Spotlessly clean and tidy. Very welcoming. Bottle of fiz, milk in the fridge and dog bowl full of water. Great walks straight from the front door.

A lovely quaint little cottage tucked away in a nice quiet area of Richmond, having the castle as a neighbour was fantastic. Nicely layed out property with tasteful decorations. All amenities supplied and a very welcomed little hamper on arrival. 3 minute walk up the hill and your in to the centre of the town.
