Tucked away just off the high street, this fantastic character cottage provides an idyllic base for couples and families wanting to explore this stunning part of the

country. Hawes is located in the Yorkshire Dales National Park, known for its natural beauty, rolling hills and scenic countryside. This charming market town boasts cobbled streets, traditional stone buildings and a friendly local community. Visit the Wensleydale Creamery (0.5 miles) or enjoy the weekly market, selling everything from fresh produce to clothing, jewellery and handmade crafts. For outdoor enthusiasts there are plenty of hiking and cycling trails to choose from and you can take in the stunning scenery as you go. The nearby Hardraw Force waterfall (1.5 miles) is a popular attraction and there are several other scenic waterfalls in the area that are well worth a visit.

As you approach this fantastic cottage, you'll be struck by the beautiful stone exterior. Step inside away from the hustle and bustle of the street and into the cosy lounge, complete with a traditional wood burner that provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The cottage perfectly combines period features with home comforts and still retains its original charm, including flagstone floors, exposed stone walls and original beams throughout. Moving through to the snug you'll find a quieter area that's perfect for relaxing with a book after a long day exploring The Dales. The kitchen/diner is fully equipped and a great space for entertaining. With plenty of space around the dining table, enjoy lazy brunches or evening meals with friends and family. Upstairs you will find three well-appointed bedrooms, two doubles and a single, each as charming as the next. You can also find the family bathroom and a separate WC on this floor.

A door from the kitchen leads out to a delightful, enclosed courtyard garden adorned with fresh flowers and plants and a table for al fresco dining. The perfect place to relax and unwind, enjoying a cup of tea in the morning sun or a glass of your favourite tipple in the evening.
