This wonderful home has been thoughtfully converted and designed into a welcoming property centred in the bustling town of Scarborough. The town has a wide variety of shops, restaurants and pubs, which you can reach in less than 0.5 miles, perfect for easy evenings out. Choose from two beaches, North Bay and South Bay, both of which are sandy, and perfect for sunbathing or swimming. Uncover history at Scarborough Castle and the open-air theatre, or visit fun family attractions such as Alpamare water park (0.5 miles), Playdale Farm Park (6 miles), or Flamingo Land Theme Park (20 miles).

Enter the ground floor of the property into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. It has a double-height ceiling and large windows which lets loads of light in. The kitchen has an island with a breakfast bar, and everything you need to cook up a storm for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. A six-seater dining table is provided for you to enjoy eating together, while the sumptuous lounge with comfortable sofas and a TV sits at the other end of the space. A separate snug area is provided with a TV, and a lovely space to relax and take some time out. The first of the double bedrooms with smart TV and the bathroom with shower, bath, and WC, complete the ground floor. Upstairs, via the industrial-style staircase with a glass balustrade and open treads, you will find the remaining three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, plenty of storage space, a TV, DVD, and an en-suite shower room with WC. The other two bedrooms are cosy single rooms with Velux windows.

Outside to the front of the property is a gravelled garden with a bench. Take a seat with a coffee and watch the world go by before you head out exploring.

The property decor and ultra modern style is outstanding. Plenty of TVs for larger groups to watch their favourite shows in separate areas. Only a short 10 minute walk into town and the railway station. Would recommend this property as an ideal place to stay.

Absolutely stunning property, great location for visiting local attractions and travelling elsewhere. Property was immaculate and very well equipped. Can't wait to stay again.

We were delighted with Cloud Recess. It was spacious, stylish and so comfortable. Also it was spotlessly clean. It was well equipped too. Good location, only a few minutes walk to the centre of Scarborough. Its a little gem. We were able to park right outside the property, which was a bonus.

The house worked well for us staying in Scarborough. There were issues with the keys which did not work well. It was not a scenic location but suited us as two families meeting up and we enjoyed our stay. Facilities were good, but I've sent you an email with concerns about the plumbing. We have contacted you twice still no answer. We had to clean the cooker before we could use. The upstairs shower pipe not connected properly . Dish washer was blocked I cleaned the filter which was disgusting but it was still blocked. The fridge was very small for 6 guests. The property looks good when entering BUT all appearance . Think that is Read moreenough but could carry on. Would appreciate an answer to my previous 2 emails. Hide
