In the pretty village of Beeford, near the stunning East Yorkshire coast, this immaculate terraced cottage is a perfect base for couples or a family to explore this fabulous region. The town of Hornsea, 8.5 miles, offers a host of tea rooms, restaurants, pubs and convenience stores, and its charming promenade, with a Victorian folly, is a lovely spot for a stroll. Hornsea Mere, 9 miles away, is the largest natural lake in Yorkshire and provides plenty of opportunity for sailing, fishing and boat trips. For a quintessential British seaside experience, the popular harbour town of Bridlington (10 miles) is famed for its glorious beaches and offers an array of shops, cafes and restaurants, as well as a theatre that hosts concerts, shows and events.
Pale colours and touches of floral patterns make this cottage very appealing. In the cosy lounge, a pair of comfortable sofas are grouped around the flame effect gas fire and smart TV, while next door there is a kitchen/diner with a cool retro-style fridge/freezer, a glass-and-wood dining table with upholstered dining chairs and a TV. Also on this floor is a utility room with laundry facilities and a separate WC. Heading upstairs, you’ll find a small home office with a good-sized desk and adjustable chair, plus two elegant double bedrooms, both with large wardrobes and one with a TV and dressing table. These bedrooms share the handsome family bathroom.
The enclosed rear garden is a pretty space that is softened with planting and has a table and chairs on the patio for al fresco dining and relaxing in warmer weather.
