It's the perfect property to celebrate those special occasions with family and friends.

Set in over 100 acres of private estate, the handsome exterior is that of a classic traditional Yorkshire farmhouse. Inside you'll find beautiful design-led interiors with a contemporary feel throughout, combined with the latest technology bringing you the very best in home-comforts. At the heart of the home is the large farmhouse kitchen, an exquisite room featuring sleek black granite work-tops, a kitchen island and a large dining table set beside a wood-burning stove. The cupboards and dressers are well-stocked with all the cooking equipment, crockery and glassware you'll need for every occasion and two ovens will ensure you don't run out of space. To keep those bottles of bubbly nice and cold there's a double American-style fridge in addition to a normal fridge - a dishwasher is also provided. Underfloor heating keeps your toes toasty warm and the views from the kitchen sink are to die for. A utility / boot-room sits next door which has a washing machine and dryer with access to the garden and a handy downstairs cloakroom. In addition to the dining table in the kitchen, you'll find a formal dining room set next door. This sophisticated room has a country house feel and is the perfect backdrop to those special celebrations. Settle down to a candlelit dinner in here which stretches long into the night. At the opposite end of the house is the generous sitting room. A stylish mix of tones this huge room has ample seating for everyone and a roaring open fire to curl up in front of. There's a large curved TV for those family movie nights and more traditional entertainment is provided in the form of books and board games. Downstairs is also home to a sun-filled conservatory which sits at the front of the house and affords uninterrupted views of the garden and Dales beyond. Just behind this room is the games room home to a pool table and bar area, perfect for gathering around with a cocktail before dinner. Wi-Fi and a music sound-system is available too.

There are six bedrooms, the first of which is on the ground floor. This charming room is a super king-size which can also be made up as two singles if preferred. This room has access to its own dressing room and stunning wet-room, just along the hall. The remaining bedrooms are set up the grand staircase, complete with a chandelier and dramatic curved wall featuring a scene from the local Fewston Reservoir. The master bedroom sits at the front of the house and has been given a more traditional look. Solid dark wood and a king-size sleigh bed gives the room a grown-up appeal. The en-suite bathroom is equally impressive with its monsoon shower and roll-top bath. All of the remaining bedrooms upstairs have their own unique style with four of them enjoying king-size beds. They also all have their own TVs and en-suite wet rooms with WCsThere is much to enjoy outside this fabulous property too, including the hot tub set by the sitting room French doors. Sink into the warm bubbles and enjoy the spectacular scenery beyond!
