Downstairs there are two reception rooms consisting of a spacious formal lounge and a cosy smaller snug at the opposite end of the house. The formal lounge comes complete with several comfortable sofas to curl up on, and there's a large LCD TV to enjoy the latest movies on. Floor-to-ceiling windows in this room afford uninterrupted views out to the lovely mature gardens. The snug boasts a wood burner and its own TV and is the perfect option for those late evening catch-ups over a glass of wine or two.
