A gorgeous property in a fantastic location. Every need is catered for to make your holiday perfect. Easy walking distance to Harrogate which is made even more enjoyable via a walk through Valley Gardens park which is close by as are lovely cafes and restaurants.

A great location - walking distance into Harrogate and to RHS Harlow Carr. Accommodation is excellent. Good communication with the owner. Private, off road parking - a real bonus in Harrogate.

Leonard's Flet is an extremely well set out apartment with good facilities and a high standard of housekeeping. Victoria is an excellent hostess and the information pack covering facilities in the local area was very useful. It's a 20 minute walk downhill to Harrogate centre (though there is a taxi rank in the immediate vicinity of the rail stationRead more and costs about 7). This was a lovely flat and well appointed. It has everything you need and was very clean and comfortable. Victoria is a lovely hostess and I would definitely recommend staying here. In my 4 weeks holiday from Australia this was by far the best. It is within walking distance to all the amenities. There is nothing to improve.

Lovely flat on the ground floor with a garden and driveway for parking. Beutifully furnished with everything you could possibly want provided. Within walkinging distance of the town but there is a bus service which runs from the end of the road to the town centre and back. We love it.

Excellent accommodation in a really great location. The owner has thought of everything. It is well equipped and the interior of the accommodation is well furnished and has obviously been maintained to a high standard. The garden area was great to end the day relaxing in the chairs having a chilled glass of wine.

This was a lovely little property, very clean and in a good location for restaurants, shops etc. The owner Victoria, adds the personal touch which we really appreciated. She even posted back to me an earring that I didn't realise I had lost! We were lucky to have great weather and were able to make use of the garden space too. The apartment is exceptionally well equipped and beautifully clean. Its in a quiet road within walking distance (20 minutes) of the town centre with its restaurants, cafes and museums; and Harlow Carr Gardens (20 minutes in the opposite direction). Definitely recommended.

The apartment is first class everything you want or need is there to use. The location is perfect for a short walk into Harrogate for restaurants, bars and shops. The flat was extremely clean and exceptionally well equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay. The accommodation has a convenience store only five minutes away and the town is within walking distance allowing you to leave your vehicle in the drive. There are many walks and Harlow Carr an RHS garden is a short distance away.

We were delighted with the cottage. Location was excellent as was the cleanliness and equipment. Welcome tray was fantastic and welcome pack extremely helpful for restaurants, places to visit and necessities. The care and attention to detail shown by Victoria was exceptional.
