We personally found the unloading and loading of the car difficult on this quite busy road. We parked OK but were concerned about the residential nature of the parking location and didn't want to be a nuisance. Hot tub was lovely and even though we were only in for half an hour, 9.15 pm to 9.45 pm, we still got a rebuke from the neighbours - and weRead more were quiet! Perfect location otherwise for Richmond, comfy beds, clean, super shower and well equipped Hide

We loved the cottage. The kitchen was light and airy & the lounge cosy. We did have trouble with the heating system couldn't work out when it was due on or how hot it would be. Also the hot water was scalding hot in the shower & sinks. Not sure what could be done about that. I would advise that visitors air the property during the day when they areRead more not in. As it is an old stone building we were conscious of condensation forming which would damage paintwork & potentially create mould problems. Hide

Lovely little cottage in a great location. I was impressed with the little additions like tennis balls for the dogs, a welcome cake and bottle of prosecco and the selection of board games and books. It was also really thoughtful to have a few dishwasher and laundry capsules there for us to use. Loved the hot tub too! Lovely, comfortable, cosy accommodation which I very well equipped with everything you need. Very friendly communication from the owners and a welcoming cake / bottle of wine which was a lovely gesture. The cottage is on quite a busy road and parking is on a neighbouring sidestreet. There are a few steep steps to the entrance and shallow steep staiRead morers inside so may not be suitable for the less firm footed. Hide

We had a wonderful stay at Hannahs place. The cottage was lovely and cozy and well equipped. The bed was really comfortable and the shower had great pressure. The hot tub was fabulous. The cottage was only a ten minute walk into Richmond so makes it an ideal location.
