It also has a lovely view right down the dale from the window above the sink, always good to have something nice to look at when you're washing up! It's also well-equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm for the family.
The dining area has a table which will comfortably seat 12 people and it looks directly out towards the countryside to the front of the property. There is a handy separate utility down here and a sofa in the corner, a nice area to relax while someone else does the cooking. A downstairs shower room is perfect for walkers to refresh after a hike over the hills and it also houses the washing machine and dryer.
Moving along this fabulously long house to the living areas. There is a generous sitting room complete with a wood burner and a Smart TV with DVD. You'll also find lots of family games, books, local info, walking maps and even binoculars for stargazing, to keep everyone entertained. You'll love the sunroom area where you can nestle down with a good book next to the gorgeous views. Next door is the main house snug, the perfect spot for children and grown-ups to escape to. The cottage has four good-sized bedrooms, all of which have amazing front aspect views, excellent pocket sprung mattresses and the finest quality bed linen. There are two master bedrooms which have en-suite bathrooms, one with a separate bath and walk-in shower overlooking the fabulous views of Swaledale and are set up as super-king beds. In addition, the other two bedrooms can be set up as super-kings or twins as required, giving you total flexibility depending on the make-up of your party. Both of these bedrooms share a family-size bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
