It is a lovely cosy college suitable for two located in a beautiful landscape, 15 minutes walk from Sedbergh. Absolutely dog-friendly, lots of walkies right away from the front door. We loved the little sunny back-yard.

A lovely cottage which has been tastefully refurbished. It has a double bed which we found small for two people but it on depends what you are used to. The bed linens and soft furnishings were top quality. We loved the close proximity to Sedbergh, Farfield Mill and Briggflats. Lovely walks abound from the doorstep. I rate it 10/10 for cosy-ness.

We had a wonderful break with our dog. The cottage is very tastefully decorated to the highest standard with very luxurious blinds and curtains. Underfloor heating and a log burner added to the cosiness. A walk by the river is highly recommended. We would love to return.

Gorgeous cottage. The most beautifully appointed and furnished one we've stayed in. Millthrop is a quiet hamlet and felt very friendly with welcoming neighbours who are mostly long term residents. We had a lovey time here. The cottage was small and cozy but plenty of space for the 2 of us and our small dog. We appreciated the extra touches of providing everything we might need during our stay such as toiletries, washing up liquid etc alongside coffee, teabags and milk in the fridge. We will book to stay again and would recommend!
