A welcoming Yorkshire cottage, set on a beautiful, rural site with other properties, this handsome retreat is perfect for a family break. Situated at Grunsagill Beck, within the Forest of Bowland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, it sleeps four guests in two bedrooms and is well positioned for walks from the doorstep, as well as trips into the Yorkshire Dales National Park, 6.5 miles away. With an array of shared facilities on site, including an indoor heated pool, tennis court, football field and games room, with pool, table football and snooker, guests are also invited to enjoy scenic walks through the grounds. To go fishing or mountain biking, venture 4.5 miles to Gisburn Forest and Stocks. Four-legged guests are welcome.

Wander into your private cottage to find it has been well designed with your comfort and relaxation in mind. The spacious lounge is the perfect place to catch up on your favourite TV shows together in the evening or to play your favourite tunes through the iPod dock. There is also a generous, farmhouse-style kitchen/diner on the ground floor, where you can serve holiday feasts to your family and friends. Climb the stairs up to the first floor to enjoy a good night’s sleep in either the pretty double bedroom or the cosy twin. The family bathroom is also situated here.

Dine out in the sunshine on your private patio, firing up the BBQ on warm evenings. Make the most of the shared facilities on site and head off on walks beside the stream or through the farmland whenever you choose.

A perfect cottage! It has everything youd need for a holiday. The pool and games room are fabulous-something extra and loved by our teenage daughter. Would definitely recommend a stay here!
