This was a really lovely house for our holiday. Very well outfitted for up to 3 couples, fantastically located in centre of Hawes, which itself had shops, restaurants and good facilities (including local charge points for EVs). A great holiday home in an excellent location. The cottage was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed for a week long stay. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated plenty of wonderful soft, white towels. We loved being right in the centre of Hawes and it was great to have a parking space.

The property is well situated in the village with the comfort and amenities you would expect from the pictures and description. It is also well located for access to walks and local events most of which are just a short walk or drive away.

We had a lovely week staying in Chapel House. The property is very well equipped and beds are very comfortable. Its in a great position and although near the town centre very peaceful. I would thoroughly recommend this property. The only drawback was the stairs to the lounge/ kitchen level.

A lovely cottage in a great village. The sitting room with its log burner was particularly welcome on what turned out to be a rather cold weekend away. Very comfortable beds and cosy bedding. We stayed in the bottom bedroom and thought that although the en-suite was compact, it was sufficient for our needs. Our only negative was that we felt this sRead moremall en-suit could have been cleaner (the shower enclosure screen and exposed drain pipes were grubby). The kitchen was well equipped, clean and bright. our friends stayed in the top bedroom and as far as I am aware had no complaints or comments. Hide

The cottage was really nice and in a really good location (especially for the club). If I was hypercritical I would say that some of the rooms were smaller than the photos suggest but they were big enough for our needs and very comfortable. If we ever return to Hawes we would try to book the accommodation again.

This is a great house for visiting the Yorkshire Dales, very centrally located and enough activities within walking distance to occupy a wet day. Hawes has plenty of traditional cafes and some excellent pubs. The scenery around the town is absolutely stunning and we met very few people when we went out walking in the hills, even in August.
