Stay in the heart of Richmond in this stylish cottage with garden, ideal for couples or small families looking to enjoy the outdoors and explore this beautiful countryside.

Centrally located near the beautiful old cobbled market town of Richmond; a perfect town to base a break combining culture, history, and countryside. The charming local shops, cafes, and restaurants are a delight to discover. The station arts centre, Richmond Castle, the river Swale, waterfalls, and Easby Abbey are also within walking distance. There is easy access from the property doorstep on foot to both short walks and longer hikes. What's more, the Yorkshire Dales National Park and Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty are just 2 and 25 miles away respectively.

The property was completely refurbished in 2021; it is south-facing and beautiful. Stepping inside, you are greeted by a well-presented open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, which is a comfortable space to unwind after a day of exploring. The cosy lounge area is complete with a wood burner effect gas fire, so curl up on the sofa and enjoy a movie on the Smart TV or enjoy a glass of something chilled whilst the chef cooks a home-cooked meal. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, slimline dishwasher, washing machine, and coffee machine. When night calls, climb the stairs to discover two bedrooms. The first is a king-size bedroom with plenty of storage space. There is also a single bedroom, making this a good room for either couples or children. The property is completed by a utility cupboard with a washing machine as well as a shower room with a walk-in shower and WC.

To the rear of the cottage is a pleasant, enclosed garden with a garden table and chairs, the perfect spot to enjoy a drink during the warmer months. There is on-street parking (subject to availability)
