Lovely little cottage in a small village. Accommodated a family of four adults and one child. Parking opposite, and car park within walking distance. Very clean and tidy with bed linen and towels provided - and a welcome pack. Ideal location for those wanting a quieter holiday; good base for walkers to explore the Yorkshire Dales.

A deceptively spacious and comfortable cottage close to the centre of the village and ideally located for exploring Wensley Dale. The tiny outside seating area is really only suitable for 2, but is lovely on a sunny afternoon. We couldn't fault the beds or kitchen equipment, and a separate shower room was a bonus. Highly recommended.

The accommodation made the holiday perfect. It was central to Askrigg and we often walked from there. It was spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable. After long walks it was lovely to return to. It was peaceful, warm & had everything we needed.
