This exclusive five-star luxury farm cottage is set in the beautiful East Riding area of Yorkshire, surrounded by rural farmland and spectacular countryside, close to a fishery, and near the coast. The bright and spacious interiors sleep five guests across three gorgeous bedrooms, and you have the added appeal of your own private hot tub in this stunning holiday property. Find the quiet village of North Frodingham (1.5 miles) close by. Take morning strolls from the doorstep along local trails with your best friend by your side. Or meet the curious farm hens each morning; children will delight in gathering fresh eggs for a wholesome family breakfast before setting out on a day of adventure.

Take an easy pace as you drive up the rugged farm track to your country cottage. Enter the property where you’ll find a welcome pack on arrival and contemporary boutique-style interiors. Kick off your shoes in the hall before wandering through your holiday home. You’ll feel your busy lifestyle unwinding as you admire the beautiful furnishings and calming hues. Head into the spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area, beautifully fitted with careful attention to detail, featuring high-end appliances and kitchen gadgets for the most demanding of cooks. Mealtimes are a breeze with the sleek well-equipped kitchen featuring everything needed to produce a spectacular feast for hungry hikers and boisterous bikers. Gather at the breakfast bar to discuss favourite recipes and enjoy delicious meals at the dining table. There’s a handy utility room just off the kitchen where you can turn muddy hiking gear back to new in no time, so you can pack light for your escape to Yorkshire. After dinner, settle into the cosy sofas in the living room and enjoy a favourite film together on the Smart TV while canine companions curl up by the warmth of the toasty wood burner. When sleepy heads nod, amble upstairs to find a family bathroom plus a choice of three stylish bedrooms; there’s a king-size bedroom with a luxury free-standing tub, made for indulgent bubble baths; a super-king-size (zip-and-link which can be adapted to a twin on request); and a cosy single bedroom for a dreamy night’s sleep in this gorgeous setting. There are some sloping ceilings upstairs in keeping with the historic character of the property, while you’ll also find ample built-in storage space for luggage, clothing, and shopping spree gifts from local market towns.

After a busy day of adventures, you’ll find a handy outdoor shower where you can refresh or wash your canine companion’s muddy paws before venturing indoors. Or, step outside to your private courtyard and take a dip in the bubbly hot tub where you can soak away the day and rejuvenate before dinner. Private off-road parking is available at the property for three cars.

With a varied landscape of windswept dales, heather-clad moors and dramatic coast, interspersed with picturesque towns and villages, vibrant cities and a rich historical heritage, Yorkshire is rightly considered one of Britain's premier holiday destinations. Known as 'God's Own County', Yorkshire has nearly one-third of England's National Parkland, two Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and three sections of coastline designated as Heritage Coast.

Offering infinite opportunities for lovers of the great outdoors, the wild expanse of the Yorkshire Dales National Park in North and West Yorkshire is a glorious mix of awe-inspiring scenery, imposing castles, characterful Dales' villages and drystone walls. While to the east, the North York Moors National Park offers atmospheric moorland, fragrant pine forests and charming towns tucked away within steep-sloped valleys. Extending all the way to the Yorkshire Coast, you can even experience a traditional day at the seaside at popular resorts including Whitby, Flamborough and Scarborough. It's a beautiful terrain to explore.

A visit to the historical city of York is a must. Renowned for its medieval architecture, the magnificent York Minster and a myriad of museums, independent shops and exceptional eateries, you will not be disappointed. Then there's the chalk landscape of the Yorkshire Wolds, known to have inspired David Hockney. And with a packed calendar of events and festivals each year, including the Malton Food Festival, the Tour de Yorkshire and the Great Yorkshire Show, there's always something exciting to enjoy.

Our holiday cottages in Yorkshire are handpicked to ensure a luxurious and uniquely memorable experience. From dog-friendly cottages in the country to large family houses by the sea and romantic retreats in the city, we have a holiday in Yorkshire to suit everyone.
