This cottage is set within a larger building which is made up of three exquisite luxury holiday homes. Situated on the first floor of the building, this retreat boasts generous living spaces, contemporary interiors and far reaching views across the stunning Nidderdale valley.

Set over two floors, the main living area is on the first floor. You'll find a large elegant living room complete with sumptuous furnishings and a sofa each to curl up on. Cosy up under the soft throws for movie night on the TV. There's also a DVD player, Wi-Fi and a Bluetooth music system to keep you entertained.

Discover the gorgeous open-plan kitchen/dining area net door, the perfect space for cooking and entertaining. The kitchen features attractive contemporary units and a sleek worktop. Pull up a stool to the breakfast bar with a glass of bubbly while your loved one rustles up something yummy. The kitchen is well-equipped with mod cons including a dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. There's also a washer/dryer should you need it - handy after those bracing (occasionally muddy) walks across the Dales. The dining table sits by the window and is a lovely spot for a long lazy breakfast or evening candlelit dinner which stretches long into the night.

Make your way upstairs to discover the spectacular bedroom and bathroom. Set next to one another these rooms occupy the whole of the top floor giving you the luxury of space and light. The bedroom invites you in with its exposed stone walls and striking handmade headboard. The comfy king-size bed is dressed in the finest crisp white cotton, you won't want to leave it. There's another TV up here so you can chill in your PJs with some morning shows, while blackout blinds ensure a good night's sleep. Directly opposite you'll find the bathroom, a breathtaking room with a striking bath and elegant two sinks to complete the luxurious feel.

Beautiful cottage set in the countryside with lovely views. On entering it was clean and tidy with a complimentary breakfast pack of milk, eggs, bacon, biscuits and bread. Downstairs was a well laid out fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a lounge adjacent. Upstairs was a very large bedroom and bathroom, the Velux windows give a bright and Read moreairy feel, by far our favourite part of the property. We had a lovely stay here for our honeymoon. The location was great for trips out and there were leaflets in the living room that gave you ideas on places to go. We had a lovely little welcome pack and had all the kitchen utensils and crockery we needed as well as a clean and tidy place. Lovely apartment with good quality bedding, towels and kitchen goods. The welcome pack was really lovely and a kind gesture . It included bacon, eggs, bread, biscuits and milk; there was also some staple food items left, tea, sugar,etc. Beautiful setting and good location, will definitely be returning.

Excellent cottage, well laid out, fresh, clean & beautifully furnished. Perfect location, we walked 4 days directly from the door on differing paths taking in the beautiful surrounding countryside and places of interest around Pateley Bridge.

The cottage is beautiful, really tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We had a great weekend with our dog exploring the area. A great base for Fountains Abbey and Studley. Well definitely book again sometime!

Lovely apartment surrounded by beautiful countryside. Thought we would be able to use bus and taxi on a night to travel into Pately Bridge, but last bus is 6.30pm and only 1 taxi in Pately Bridge which wasnt in use when we rang her.

Beautiful apartment, fantastic location, very quiet even though located on a road. Cows overlooking the car park, whats not to like! Would recommend Leyburn and Richmond, Hawes very touristy! Brimham Rocks car park is 6 unless youre a National Trust member!

The finish, furnishings and facilities were fantastic. Felt right at "home" as soon as we arrived. Very cosy and comfortable, didn't want to leave. From a purely personal point of view, would have preferred to be nearer a pub but loved our stay and would return.

Fantastic cottage, well equipped and in a great location for a walk into Pateley Bridge (around 40 minutes with our Labrador) or drive in under 5 minutes. Beautifully appointed and spotless it was an ideal break for our wedding anniversary. Liked it so much we are rebooking for next year.

Tastefully decorated cottage finished and equipped to the highest standard. Situated in a convenient location close to Pateley Bridge and only 11 miles from the picturesque village of Grassington, currently being featured on the All Creatures Great & Small TV series. Spacious, well cleaned cottage. Sofas could do with updating, signal for bedroom tv as well as wifi could've been better, however i would definitely stay again and would recommend to others.

Extremely well appointed Apartment with beautiful furnishings and really spacious for two people. Well positioned to explore Nidderdale and Wharfedale. The walk to Pateley Bridge via Glasshouses Dam is well worth doing. Will stay here again.
