This rural house has been lovingly decorated and furnished throughout to provide the perfect family getaway. Situated on the outskirts of the market town of Bingley, there are a whole host of amenities within 0.25 miles. Head out to one of the two local pubs for a bite to eat or enjoy a stroll around the neighbouring park. Bingley is surrounded by beautiful countryside with walks and cycle routes from the doorstep and is centrally located for exploring both the Yorkshire Dales (10 miles) and Bronte Country. Spend a day visiting Haworth and the home of the famous Bronte sisters (7 miles), or explore the David Hockney exhibits at Salts Mill (4 miles).

On entering this generous home-from-home, you will find yourself in a bright hallway with ample space for shoes and coats. To the left is the cosy lounge with comfy sofas and a smart TV and, next to it, a handy snug where you can relax and read a book in peace or teenagers can hook up their games console. The kitchen/diner is a wonderfully spacious room with large windows and patio doors out on to the garden and provides the perfect place for socialising. There is also a downstairs shower room. On the first floor you will find four comfortable bedrooms; one king-size, one double, one twin zip-and-link (which can be made into a super-king-size on request) and one single, each of which has been beautifully furnished and adorned with cushions and throws. There is also a family bathroom on this level.

Stepping outside to the large, enclosed garden where provisions have been made to entertain the whole family on even the dreariest of days. Unwind in the luxurious hot tub, covered and enclosed to provide extra warmth, fixed with beautiful lights that twinkle in the night sky. There is also a large games room with pool table, table football and a darts board that can be enjoyed by adults and children alike.

The property is well kept. We arrived to a pack containing things like coffee, biscuits etc. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of pillows and towels for hot tub. Things that put us off. Hot tub didnt get properly hot until 3rd day. Semi-detached home on cul-de-sac and we had to vacate hot tub by 10pm, no drinking in hot tub. One of the bedroomRead mores had water running down the wall, the owner advise this was due to the weather! So I suspect it would happen again. Neighbours were watching us! Hide

Lovely house, with hot tub, and enough room for 2 cars to park on the front drive. The shed in the back garden had a pool table, darts and a football table, that kept my husband and sons entertained in the evenings. The two lounges were spacious, and cosy, both having a TV in them.
