A paradise for walkers, cyclists, hikers and nature lovers, you can take in the incredible vistas of this magical national park, travel along The Wainstones (3 miles) or head up to the stunning National Trust-owned Roseberry Topping (7 miles). When it comes to dining out and day trips, the neighbouring towns and villages have regular markets and a wealth of friendly restaurants, pubs and cafes.

As you drive through the electric gates to approach this beautiful property, admire the idyllic setting with its stunning panoramic views of the glorious Yorkshire countryside. Step into a bright, airy and spacious property with its light and fresh open-plan living spaces, alongside a stylish black-clad interior. Venture 6 miles into delightful Great Ayton, a charming village with shops and places to eat out aplenty. Visit the Captain Cook Schoolroom Museum to get to hear about the man himself who was born and raised in this village. For hikers, wonderful Roseberry Topping is a prominent hill just 2 miles away and offers views of idyllic rural landscape from the summit.

Enchanting Osmotherly village is a 13.5-mile drive, and a great place to begin for walks and bike rides in north-east Yorkshire. A café, village stores and fish and chip shop ensure you can eat out during your visit, in fact, this whole region is packed with fantastic foodie places to eat.

Set on the edge of the North York Moors, there’s lots of stunning locales to explore. It’s an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and the western moors play host to grand country houses, atmospheric ruins and handsome market towns. The Cleveland Way stretches all the way to the coast, yet passes just a couple of miles from this holiday cottage.

Fabulous cottage as good as the photos . Very clean , luxurious and comfortable. The most perfect and peaceful get away for a week. We have stayed in lots of places but this was dog friendly and luxury which isnt always easy to find. Do not hesitate to go. Piers is a lovely man and is there if needed. Wish I was still there as it was a perfect stay in beautiful surroundings.

The Swan at Grace view was a 5 star accomodation . Beautifully laid out, with a 360 scenic view. An absolute idyllic place to spend time. We had a lovely stay at Graceview. The property iwas immaculately cleaned for our arrival and the quality of the cottage is very evident. Beautiful cottage, finished to perfection. Everything has been thought about and the attention to detail is second to none. I loved my stay. I found the accommodation very up market and well equipped. The host was very helpful and friendly and couldnt do enough for us. A very quiet and tranquil retreat. Just what the doctor ordered I would not hesitate to stay again and highly recommend these properties for you and your pets.

Absolutely wonderful property and host, it really is contemporary luxury. We had a fabulous week, as did our dogs who loved the outdoor space and we relaxed knowing they were perfectly safe in the enclosed garden. Beautiful, peaceful location with the most incredible views. We would highly recommend this property and we cant wait to return.
