Situated at the northern tip of the North York Moors National Park and placed right on the spectacular Cleveland Way, Saltburn is perfect for anyone wanting to explore. The town also boasts one of the best surf schools in the country and annually hosts one of the UK's biggest surf competitions.

Cook up a delicious feast in the state-of-the-art kitchen with everything you need to feed a large group, including an electric hob and double electric oven, microwave, American-style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, and wine cooler. After dinner, kick back in the comfortable lounge room, open the bi-folding doors and extend your space to the garden - perfect on warm summer nights. Enjoy a movie night at the outdoor cinema. If snuggling up is on the agenda, close the doors and watch a film on the Smart TV. Completing the ground floor is a utility room with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and a downstairs WC. There is off-street parking for two cars adjacent to the property.
