After dinner, kick back in the comfortable lounge room, open the bi-folding doors and extend your space to the garden - perfect on warm summer nights. Enjoy a movie night at the outdoor cinema. If snuggling up is on the agenda, close the doors and watch a film on the Smart TV. Completing the ground floor is a utility room with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, and a downstairs WC. There is off-street parking for two cars adjacent to the property.
