We found the cottage exceptionally well provisioned, extremely comfortable and very private and quiet. It was ideally placed for access to North Yorkshire and all amenities there. We would definitely consider using this cottage again for further very peaceful holiday.

Lovely property with v comfortable super-king beds, leather sofas, everything you need in the kitchen & pretty well cared for garden with privacy for the hot tub. Games room was popular with our teenagers. Enjoyed our summer stay but it looks equally nice for a winter trip with the underfloor heating & log burner so hope to make a return visit.

This is an outstanding high quality cottage; clean, comfortable and with everything you need for your stay. From the welcome pack to the fitted kitchen appliances (including a washing machine) you can see that the owner has spent a lot of money on the quality of the accommodation.

A beautifully presented cottage with a garden and other leisure areas shared with a second cottage. Private hot tub which was great. Lovely welcome basket of goodies. Lots of walking straight from the cottage, we had a fabulous week.

This cottage is one of the best we have visited. The perfect place for a relaxing break, nicely located for short walks to local pubs across the fields. Highly recommend The Hovingham Inn. We so enjoyed the property and its facilities, that we only left to walk for lunch.
