Whether you want to explore on foot or by bike, there are routes and trails for everyone, whatever your ability. You could stroll or cycle around the local reservoirs of Swinsty and Fewston, or venture further afield to the Yorkshire Dales National Park, which is packed with yet more natural wonders, attractive towns and intriguing historical sites for you to discover. The area also boasts a wealth of flora and fauna, so be sure to pack your spotters’ guides, binoculars and camera.

It is bright and airy throughout with neutral tones reflecting the light and wooden tones adding a sense of warmth.
The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is stylish with floor-to-ceiling windows framing the wonderful views of the Yorkshire countryside. The lounge has comfy sofas to sink into at the end of a busy day or you may choose to gather around the dining table for a meal or a board game. The kitchen has a touch of heritage with its eye-catching brick-effect tiling, but it’s well-equipped with all the mod-cons to ensure you have everything you need to cook up some delicious meals. From the living area, a corridor leads you to the two bedrooms. A small step leads up to the fabulous king-size master bedroom with its sophisticated wooden furniture and sumptuous soft furnishings. The en-suite adjoining this room has been finished to an excellent standard and includes a luxurious free-standing bath and WC. The second bedroom is a triple with a king-size bed and a single bed and has been finished to the same excellent standard as the first. Its en suite has a walk-in shower and WC and both bedrooms have a TV.
Outside and to the front of the property, there is a pretty landscaped garden complete with pond and stream, so you can relax with a glass of wine to the sound of trickling water. The patio area has dining furniture making it a great spot for al fresco dining, or perhaps a spot of stargazing once the sun has gone down. There is off-road parking for two cars.
