Nestled in a leafy suburb only a few streets away from Harrogate's town centre, this spacious townhouse is perfect for friends/families looking to enjoy the many delights the town has to offer and the stunning Yorkshire countryside. Whilst being within easy distance of the many attractions and amenities in the town, it occupies a quiet location ensuring a restful break, whether you're in town for business or leisure. Being situated between the Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the Howardian Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, offers guests plenty of walking/cycling trails and routes away from the busier towns and cities. The property is also within a few hundred metres of the English Heritage Grade II listed Valley Gardens which, along with woodland, covers 17 acres. There are lots of outdoor activities to do in the gardens as well as concerts every weekend during the summer. The gardens also provide a more pedestrian-friendly, pleasant route into the town centre.

Finished to a high standard, the interior of this wonderful home is akin to what you might expect from a luxury hotel. All the fixtures and fittings are top quality and the contemporary decor oozes class with pops of colour contrasting with the neutral palette and clean lines.

On entering the property, you'll find yourself in the entrance hall, which is the perfect place to discard unwanted coats and shoes. On the ground floor, you will find the first of three bedrooms, a super king-size (can be made up as a twin on request) with a stunning en-suite shower room.

Upstairs on the first floor are the two other bedrooms: another super king-size (again, this can be made up as a twin on request) and a double. Also on this floor, you will find a chic family bathroom with a shower over the bath. All the bedrooms have plenty of storage.

Completing the accommodation is the bright and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with large sash windows letting light flood in. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the breakfast bar provides an informal dining area as well as a sociable space for cooking together, before you all eat at the dining table in front of the windows. The lounge has two comfy sofas with a Smart TV on the wall. Of an evening, pull the long, thick curtains and create a cosy, relaxing atmosphere.

Outside the property is roadside disc parking, subject to availability for two cars. Residential Zone Permits can be requested from the owner at the time of booking.

The grand Victorian spa town of Harrogate is regularly listed as the best place to live in the UK. The truly gorgeous Yorkshire town combines traditional elegance with contemporary style effortlessly. And the Duchy suburb is well known as being one of the most desirable postcodes in town.

Best known for its antiques and fine art, Harrogate has antique dealers and galleries around every corner, particularly around the Montpellier Quarter. If buying old paintings and furniture isn't your bag there are a host of other reasons to part with your cash in Harrogate. High fashion outlets nestle alongside lavish interior boutiques, punctuated with enough fine restaurants and cafes to keep you fuelled for weeks.

A visit to Betty's Tearooms is a must and if you have time we highly recommend a session at the famous Turkish Baths. Rejuvenate spirit and soul after a day on the town. If you're travelling with children, Harrogate is famous for its outdoor space with lots of parkland and greenery everywhere. The RHS Gardens at Harlow Carr are also a fantastic option for families.

Harrogate is also very close to the Yorkshire Dales and North Yorkshire Moors so makes the perfect base from which to explore the glorious Yorkshire landscape and its many stunning natural sights. The breathtaking Nidderdale is 15 miles north, and heading south-west you will be driving through some of the most dramatic Dales scenery. We highly recommend a day trip to gorgeous Ilkley (18 miles) combined with a visit to Bolton Abbey, 17 miles away.

York is within easy reach (21 miles) and a day-trip to this beautiful medieval city is well worth it.

Beautiful spotless property, lovely hosts close by, had everything we needed including welcome milk, water and prosecco.

Lovely cottage with everything you could possibly need. Milk,coffee,tea bags,salt and pepper. Dishwasher and washing machine tablets. Shower gel and handwash. Beds fantastic. Walking distance to lovely restaurants,park and town centre. Would definitely book again.

The property was ideally located for short walk into the town centre or to the gardens but also for easily travelling to the various local places of interest outside Harrogate

The house has just been renovated and we were the first to stay there so in excellent condition and extremely clean. Very comfortable furnishings and quiet but central location. Would definitely stay there again.
