Gorgeous setting too on the grounds of a large Yorkshire estate, with a pretty village and foodie pub within easy walking distance.
As the name would suggest, this handsome old building was once used as a storage space for the local farm's produce and livestock. The inherent character and charm of the building has been retained with exposed stone walls, beams and stone flooring giving it an authentic and rustic appeal. This has been blended effortlessly with a chic and contemporary style boasting sumptuous furnishings and a top-class finish.
Inside you'll find a charming open plan layout which is home to the lounge, kitchen and dining area. This bijou space has been perfectly designed to make maximum use of the space, and light streams in through the large arched doorway.
There's a comfy sofa to snuggle up on, just the right size for two. You can catch a movie on the Freeview TV / DVD player and Wi-Fi is also available throughout. In the kitchen bright white units are complemented with sleek black work-tops. Next to it sits a breakfast-bar style table and chairs, perfect for breakfast and or a pre-dinner glass of bubbly!
The beautiful bedroom is set behind the elegant arched wooden doors, a real wow-factor room with its king-size 4-poster bed, dramatic dark grey feature wall and wet-room style en suite. No need to rush in here, take you time and enjoy a few lazy mornings in bed...
Outside The Mill Store you will find your own private hot tub, available throughout the year. There are few things more pleasant than sinking into warm water outside, particularly when it's cold or even snowing all around you.
To the front of the cottage is a large shared courtyard, another very pleasant and sheltered space to settle down with the papers. Beyond the gardens guests are more than welcome to walk around the estate and meet the local wildlife.
The cross-country walk by the church and down to the village pub is highly recommended!
