Make your way over to the lounge first to find a huge L-shaped sofa to stretch out on. A super-sized modern wood burner keeps everything warm and cosy here, in addition to the full central heating. For your evening entertainment, there's a SkyTV with surround sound, so you can enjoy those family movies to the max. There's also a Blu-ray DVD and an extensive Blu-ray DVD library available, including lots of options for little ones, so one less thing to pack! There's also a Bluetooth soundbar so you can provide your own soundtrack from your iPhone. When you feel like some offline family fun, challenge each other to a game on the 6' pool table. There are lots of other board games and books to enjoy too.
At the opposite end of the open-plan space is the kitchen, a good-sized area which includes all of the usual mod cons; an American-style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven, microwave and coffee machine. Pick up some local produce from the excellent local butchers/green-grocers in nearby Stokesley and rustle up a hearty Yorkshire dinner. You'll find the kitchen well stocked with all the utensils and equipment required. Child-safety locks on the cupboards with hazards provides extra peace of mind.

There is a further full-size pull-out bed below which can sleep a child or adult as required. This room has a plush en-suite wet room with disabled facilities. There is a small kitchenette with fridge and drink making facilities. There is a 4K TV with dedicated SkyTV, along with Netflix and much more. The room looks out onto the dark through four panoramic windows with integral blinds for total privacy. The Owl suite is like a small apartment studio.”

Bedroom two is a sweet twin bedroom which looks out to the rear of the property. It's perfect for little ones, with a toy box to discover. This room is equally suitable for two adults as the beds can be converted to a king-size if preferred. In addition to the SkyTV, there's a Blu-ray DVD in here along with Netflix.
Bedroom three is known as the Hare Suite, a stunning large room with windows on three sides, offering a panoramic view of the surrounding countryside. A further glass Juliet balcony in this room leads the eye directly across to Roseberry Topping. This room has a huge super king-size bed, a walk-in dressing room and a stunning en-suite wet room. This room has SkyTV . There's also a sofa in this room which sits under a gorgeous image of the Topping. This is a bedroom you just won't want to leave!
Upstairs is also home to the family bathroom which sits between bedrooms one and two. This bathroom has a deep bath to sink into each evening, in addition to a large walk-in shower with a monsoon shower head. There is a further handy loo downstairs to the side of the kitchen. There is much to love outside this property too. Bi-folding doors in the living area fold right back to join the indoors with the stunning outdoor deck area. Out here, you'll find a Western Red Cedar barrel sauna, hot tub and outdoor shower. The views from the hot tub are just heavenly, grab a glass of bubbly and enjoy the sunset. There's also a patio table and chairs, as well as a Smokey Joe charcoal BBQ, so you can make the most of those balmy summer evenings. The garden is fully enclosed and made secure for little ones as well as dogs. For those of you who enjoy cycling, secure lockable storage is available. The owner is happy to drive you to local cycling routes in his land rover when available.
The property welcomes up to three dogs. If you are bringing the family dog, you'll find them very well catered for. They have their own little house under the stairs with a doggie chaise longue!
Parents and dog owners should note that the garden is fully enclosed. However, within the extended property grounds there are paddocks with horses, sheep and lambs and a duck pond, so children and dogs should be supervised at all times.
Enjoy celebrations with family and friends, with exclusive use of a fixed marquee (30ftx25ft) and large courtyard to the rear of Roseberry View.
