What a beautiful cottage, fantastically furnished with everything you could possibly wish for. Extremely clean and the beds are huge and really comfortable. Kitchen superbly equipped and well laid out. Kim and Marie are extremely helpful and friendly and are their when you need them. We have stayed in many cottages of very high standards and BRead moreay Tree is up with the best of them. We had many lovely days out, even at the end of January with some fantastic walks - the local area is lovely with plenty to do. Little villages are lovely in particular Pateley Bridge and Grassingham, lots of excellent butchers and bakers selling scrummy food. We would definitely recommend Bay Tree Barn - Jackie, Andy and our little pooch Molly. Hide

We had a very relaxing break at Bay Tree Barn, both bedrooms are spacious with lovely en suites in both rooms; there is also a toilet downstairs. There is a pub within walking distance, this pub does not allow inside, however does allow in the small outside seating area next to the car park. There are a number of alternative pubs within a short dRead morerive that do allow dogs inside. The barn is attached onto another 2 holiday rentals, however the patio area does allow for some privacy. There is a gate separating the barn from the driveway which is useful for a dog. We had our Jack Russell with us so took some additional pet fencing with us to ensure she was fully enclosed. The barn is well equipped and did have a Nespresso machine (bring your own pods), along with everything else you'd need to make a home from home and cook if you desire. We would absolutely recommend Bay Tree Barn. Hide

A superb break with some great friends at a great property in a lovely part of the country. The Barn was everything we wanted for an end of summer break. One very very minor point is that the front garden could have done with a bit of weeding.

We had a fantastic week in Nidderdale at Bay Tree Barn, the cottage is beautifully furnished and decorated and has everything that you need for a self catering holiday. The courtyard garden is lovely with beautiful views out over the dales.

We were delighted with the cottage. I think there is one safety consideration that needs attention - the positioning of the light switch relative to the sink in the downstairs toilet. I don't expect that would meet Health and Safety legal requirements. We would definitely consider staying here again, though, and loved our week there.
