Attached to the kitchen is a fabulous orangery providing a further formal dining space. Watch the stars twinkle above you as you settle down to a candlelit dinner stretching long into the night.

All six of the generous bedrooms in Willow House enjoy views over the village and each has been individually styled with feature beds. The first bedroom is on ground level; a double room with an en-suite wet room, ideally suited to anyone with reduced mobility. Bedrooms two, three and four are on the first floor, all doubles, with two and three sharing a family bathroom and bedroom four enjoying another en-suite wet room. The top floor of the house is home to bedrooms five and six - two fabulous master bedrooms with luxurious open-plan bathrooms featuring either a free standing bath or a large walk-in shower.

Back downstairs, throw open the double patio doors and step into the beautiful enclosed gardens. There's a sheltered patio area available for al fresco dining and to your right, the wonderful wood-fired hot tub is just waiting to be enjoyed. Take a dip under the moonlight and catch up with those you haven't seen for far too long.

Great property in a perfect location. Good sized bedroom with nice wet room showers. Dishwasher broke but was immediately fixed so thank you. Only gripes were: (1) on arrival crockery in the orangery room was dirty and (2) the property is advertised with seasoned Kiln Dried logs for the hot tub. As a tree surgeon they were not kiln dried as they haRead mored only just been cut so it was a nightmare trying to stoke up the small boiler for the hot tub. Hide

Had a great stay at willow cottage the house is absolutely beautiful, the only downfall was the hot tub, because of the cold weather the hot tub was frozen and no amount of heating the fire made any difference to it, which was disappointing.

Response from Gorgeous Cottages:

Hi Yvonne, we are delighted you enjoyed your stay at Willow House. The water is heated by a log burner and once hot should remain heated if the fire is kept going. The owner will take look into why the water wasn't as hot as previous usage. We do hope to welcome you back to Yorkshire very soon. Take Care, Marion
