Self-catering holiday accommodation in Middleham
Middleham in Wensleydale is one of Yorkshire's loveliest little market towns, famous for its castle (once home to Richard III). It's also home to several race-horse trainers; on any given day you’ll see the horses being walked through the town on their way to the nearby Gallops. And to top it off, there is a fine collection of pubs, cafes, restaurants and shops, as well as two market squares. Just a few miles out of Middleham is the fantastic attraction, The Forbidden Corner. Regularly voted the best family attraction in Yorkshire, it's well worth a look even if there are no children in your party.
There are lots of other great days out within a close range of our luxury holiday cottages in Middleham including: Aysgarth Falls and Bolton Castle.
