Nearby, are the picturesque villages of Arncliffe, Grassington, and a few miles further, the vibrant market town of Settle which features a selection of welcoming cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops including the famous Ye Olde Naked Man Café in the square. You can also hop on the Settle to Carlisle railway, one of the most scenic routes in the UK which takes you over the well-known Ribblehead Viaduct.

Why not enjoy a blissful stroll around the grounds of nearby Bolton Abbey?  These gorgeous ruins provide the backdrop to a particularly beautiful part of the Dales and are well worth a visit.  Top it off with dinner in the Michelin-starred Burlington restaurant found in the Devonshire Arms close to the Abbey.
