THE GIRLS is a new musical by Gary Barlow inspired by the story of a group of Yorkshire ladies, the Calendar Girls. This musical comedy celebrates how a group of ordinary ladies in a small Yorkshire village achieved something extraordinary. The perfect treat for a girl’s night out! The musical runs at The Leeds Grand Theatre from 14th Nov to 12th Dec.
#05 See the Poppies Wave at Yorkshire Sculpture Park
The iconic Poppies installation made famous at the Tower of London is now being displayed at the fantastic Yorkshire Sculpture Park until January 2016. A genuinely moving sight, it’s worth coming to Yorkshire to see this alone.
